The thing that surprised me about Fallout3 is that smoking cigarettes is a part of the game. Back when I was much younger everybody smoked and it was only really the fact of entering religious life that finally made me give up. This is Zizzie, - this is what happenes to you if you smoke...... http:/...

Finally I've got Marie Jordon, - or I should say 'Sister Marie Jordon' sorted out the way I want her to be. Yes that's a Holy Water gun. I modded up the dart gun to fire syringes filled with Holy Water. She also has a 44 Magnum, brass knuckles and a baseballbat. The only Nun's habit available had re...

Caravan guards are pretty weak, man. I find that they die off really fast if you don't use the console to give em armor and miniguns. On quick travel: Less time walking, more time shooting. Win. Well out of the five guards on that caravan one had a minigun and the other had a flame thrower. They we...

Ha ha, - I'm too much of a tourist for my own good.

Have any of you tried out the rideable motorcycle mod? That's the best way to fast travel :D

I also nearly crapped myself during my first encounter with a troll. I snuck up and shot him with an arrow from far away, and managed to get a few more shots off. Then, I got stuck on a wall while running backwards, and got killed in two hits. :( Trolls in Oblivion are almost as deadly as they are ...

Really enjoyed Oblivio. Haven't played it recently, but I must get some more time on it before Skyrim comes out in November. Funnily enough, I've clocked up a lot of hours on Oblivion, but haven't actually been to Kvatch yet - I knew that once you go there, Oblivion gates start popping up everywhwe...

Na, that always seemed like cheating to me.

Besides she got to pick up some neat loot along the way from the bad guys the caravan guards shot.

Heh, the traders have helped me out of more than one scrape. :D Yes true enough, - I needed to get Marie back to Megaton from Rivet City and she didn't have any caps, was low on ammo and was pretty much exhausted. Then along came the traders so she just followed along with them. Not the most brilli...

It took a little while, but I got everything back running the way I like it with Fallout3. I decided to play as a ghoul woman refugee, but I didn't resurrect Jet this time around, I created a new character and named her 'Marie Jordan'. I'm back with the Death Corps gear again coz I like it. Sometime...

Now for my birthday loot (Oh, God, I might have the same birthday as Silva). Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (I am now ADDICTED to this game), drum stick pencils, and either $100 toward a modular building set or $150 toward Tower Bridge (as well as $120 in money from relatives). And clothes. Happy Birthday...

Mulltiplayer games drive me bananas to tell the truth.

I like to replay games using differing kinds of characters from a variety of backgrounds with different strengths and weaknesses. I like to try a range of different strategies too so I don't play a game the same way twice.

Fallout 3 was too easy, even on Very Hard with FWE installed to make headshots and the like more dangerous, I still just about never died. Armor+using cover+VATS+aiming well outside of VATS pretty much makes the game weaksauce. I, for one, welcome the cadazores! True enough in some ways, but if on ...

Game balance and how much health a character has is a really difficult one. Too little and the game becomes frustrating, too much and the game loses all sense of danger. Playing sneaky and not especially strong characters like I do it's not so much of a problem I find. Getting into too many direct c...

I haven't played any of the expansions yet even though I have them. With Oblivion and Morrowind I made the mistake of running about through all the expansions without properly finishing the main game and I don't want to do it with Fallout 3 too. I must say that Mothership Zeta is one of the expansio...
