Search for Author: So you type NatalyaAf or Natalya*
Then it's Forum: Bricks
Category: Scuttlebutt, not necessary but what the hell.
Display results as: topics
Search previous: Makes no difference, I've tried.

This will land you 180 matches. I mean, that's even with the filters. Some/most of them aren't even Natalya's Topics. She just commented in them.
My own details will get you 148 matches.

It's a bit of a wide net. It all becomes ridiculous and apathy soon sets in which when your off the clock and not getting paid means you walk away from it.

Something I would want is a simple index thread for all battle reports, organized by theme and/or maker. When you post a new battle report, you post a link to it in the index thread, and the maker of the index adds it to the first post. A technique similar to the Big Burgundy List. I'll make the thread tomorrow unless somebody gives me a damn good reason not to.
