I can't agree with the idea of having an exclusive builders forum only for those have attained some kind of standard of achievement. For this to work it really does have to be open to anybody who can put two bricks together or else it will fail as a truely representative archive of forum members' MOCs.

Although I too am concerned by elitism, a favourites list does make sense. I'm not the only one with a seal of approval though. Maybe there could be like a list of seals sorted by the member that gave them? I might also consider making a different seal of my own because I use the Approval one a lot, but like maybe I should have an Epic Win seal for super good stuff?

I've had problems looking up other peoples creations from the past. Can we make the search option capable of bringing up a list of topics opened up by a specific author? (btw, the search might be able to do this already, I just might be a retard for not figuring it out) It would be easier to filter out thier work after that.

Hmm, what if stubbs made the various seals of approval emoticons? Could you then just search for the appropriate emoticon to find epic stuff?

But then threads would get spammed with them. Maybe it could be like first person to post a given seal is only one allowed to post it in the thread, then OP is allowed to edit it into the bottom or top of OP?

6 On the Wiki
7 Each person already has or can make a page with their forum name
8 Put MOCs on that page, or link to another page for MOCs. TzanMOCs ( a barren wasteland)
9 Other people can add their seal under the MOC by editing the page.
10 Horizontal rules between MOCs so you know which MOC gets the seal or one MOC per page, with an index page if they make "alot of stuff"
11 Yes, too many rules for Warhead to follow :)

Anybody can make a seal of approval, and in fact most everyone already has. I can imagine that the Dilanski's Seal of Approval MOCs would be a whole different set than, say, the Tzan's Seal of Approval MOCs.

The reason I like the idea of doing it on the wiki is because all of the other ideas depend on me learning php and coding new functionality into the forum software, which isn't going to happen.

12 make another page under your name for the MOCs you like.
TzanSealOfApprovalMOCs - would hold all the MOCs that got my seal on the makers page.

So everything is cross cross index indexed.

Although I'm not sure anyone would want my current seal :)

i second tzan.
but i also think we need more people cleaning up the wiki if this happens, cause most of the new pages will probably be short, broken pictures, bad grammar, etc.

I would prefer if it was a sticky in the armory sort of like the battle report list because I usually write long back stories and have many photos which would take a long time to add to the wiki.
But I like this idea as long as I get to be a part of the list! :D

I was more of planning a clay/plasticine base and then attach random things to it.
Though could try to make it out of Lego.
