War simulations
Not, I'm not talking about a game, but a gadget that simulates battles.
Like, you pick the era, the number of units, type of units, scenario, tactics and...you just let it happen. The computer does the whole simulation.
From 1 on 1 shootouts to thousands and thousands of troops facing of in a huge plain field.
Tell me this exists, please. I know it does. I need it.

in some games you can set two factions against eachother (both computers) and just let it happen but idk about the kind of thing your talking about
Spend each day as if it were your last.

Yes, that's an example, but I'm sure there is something a bit more detailed.Shaeph wrote:in some games you can set two factions against eachother (both computers) and just let it happen but idk about the kind of thing your talking about

in war-stratagy games with map editors you can normally make impossible to reach places where you can put your starting point and just let the computer armys fight it out

other good games include:
Age of Empire, Sins of a Solar Empire, Empire Earth and Civilizations
(there's a lot of "empire" stuff isn't there?)

no, i think that sins of a solar empire takes the cake for most units, i mean you can have hundreds even thousands of ships per side! not to mention the millions of beings that pilot them

they don't program the individual people inside the ships. in cossacks 2 you may have 8000 units PER SIDE with up to 6 players (im pretty shure it's 6)
