Champions Online?

Any of you ho's playing it? I bought it and a 60-day gamecard yesterday with my birthday moneyz. I'm most defidently playing it, and it is super fun (no pun intended).

I only have one character, and he is Super Monkey Man. He has the Force Blasting and Martial Arts power sets attributed to him, and is currently still just level six, soon to be seven. I bought the Swinging travel power, and it is the most fun I have had in an MMO in my entire life. I logged on and played with it for like ten minutes today at lunch...it is amazing. Especially when you can get it going in a circle around something and you fire on enemies down on the ground. Uber fun.

So, anyone playing it/interested in playing it? Despite the rumors, combat has been leveled out so it isn't borked and easy like it was before. I've actually died a few times.

I'm currently doing the Desert Radiation place missions, and will be for a while. Anyone want to play with me?

I heard City Of Heroes is better than Champions Online, so if I play any superhero game it will be that one.

I've played it. Defidently bigger and more of a traditional MMORPG, but I think Champions is more dynamic.

Please, just stop.

Anyways, on topic. This game reminded me of City of Heroes, which was a kick-ass game. I might try it eventually, but I'm usually wary about MMOs.

There's always reason to be, especially when dealing with Failcom...though their new one looks good.

Champions Online is great, though, and Cryptic is quick to listen and respond to their players. Like, srsly, they correct issues within a few days, rather than months.

Yeah, so there's actually a mission where you have to go and save the slightly off-named news team from Anchor Man...

...Champions is officially made of WIN.
