I've seen giants kill dragons and mammoths kill dragons.
Everything else dies, except dragon born.

This list is as much as I remember, I could go and load up but can't be arsed. There may be some missing items or starts but this is roughly what I have give or take and probably isn't much better than most people after a few month. Got this game in mid July this year.

Name: Shadow
Race: Wood Elf/Werewolf (Thieves Guild/Stormcloack/Dark Brotherhood)
Level: 60

Magica: 300 *
Health: 300 *
Stamina: 300 *
*can't recall if that's enhanced with items. Probably

Carry Cap: 579 to 616 depending on switching rings

Sneak: 100
Smith: 100 (Light armour to Dragon, Heavy Armour to Ebony)
Speech: 100
Archery: 100
Enchantment: 100
Single Handed Weapon: 97: Specialized in two handed combo. Preferring Swords and Knives)
Pick Pocket: 92
Pick Lock: 88 (Took no perks in this)
Two Handed: 87 (Specialized in Swords, Axes and Hammers)
Alchemy: 75
Destruction: 72 (Very Basic perks but most if not all of the magic skills. Only big gurls fight with magic though but it can be fun)
Alteration: 69 ( " " )
Conjuration: 56 ( " " )
That other one: 54 ( " " )

Companion: Lydia... cause she's a nut job psychopath. She wears heavy Armour with better stats than mine and two enchantments on each item including rings etc. Prefers two handed weapons and has a bow as good as mine.

Glass Bow: Dmg: 126 Absorb Stamina and Absorb Life

Armour:

Flawless Volsung Mask 66 armour (water breathing, +20 carry cap and 20% better prices)
Flawless Falmar Helmet (This actually equips as well as the Volsung but sometimes the head image turns invisable, just drop and re-equip) +40 Archery, +40 something or other
Flawless Dragon Scale Armour: Armour 198 +40 Life, +40 Stamina
Flawless Dragon Scale Boots: Armour: 74 +37 Carry capacity, +can't remember either two or one handed weapon

You've been busy.
After finishing the main quest I played around a bit collecting priest masks and shouts.
Then started a new guy.

I have:

Level 55 Male Nord (Ebony Armor and Greatsword, although I also have Daedric and Dragonplate, Werewolf, not much magic, lots of stealth in addition to combat prowess, almost all shouts unlocked)
Level 33 Female Nord (Lighter armor, one-handed weapons and spells, werewolf, sort of a spellsword-esque character)

I haven't played as much as some of my friends. My brother also started playing lately and has a level 11 Argonian or something...
