Quick question: do Capital stars have bonuses? Or each star system we control grants the same benefits?

...I'm going to assume that wasn't quite as provocative as it sounded in my head. This is the spin off of a PnP ruleset I've never released that deals in gravity-based space naval engagements. As such, it's going to play a bit like the bastard child of Brikspace and Star Wars: Empire At War in a faux-DOS system.

I didn't mean to offend you. But you can't deny that there are certain similarities. I've never played one of the games you mention.
