Ew, I didn't like Team America. The only funny part to me what the cat.

For myself I would have to go with:

Shaun Of The Dead
Batman The Movie
Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (which was a TV show, but I say it still counts)

The Hangover
Pineapple Express

I'd say that about sums it up, although I know for a fact that I'm missing a movie that I was thinking about just the other day as "the funniest movie I've ever seen".

Also Team America kicks ass in the same sense that it is also mind-numbingly horrible.

As an honorable mention, the D-Day landing in 'Saving Private Ryan' has me rolling on the floor every time. The rest of the movie is not as funny though.
