No you guys should first make a three part forum crusade for finding the three purest and strongest races in the universe and taking their strongest and smartest warriors and taking their gene code.. Then the Third Alliance bio-engineers the physically and mentally most strong leader as possible and make him the UberKaiser. He would be called Herr UberKaiser and unsere reinsten UberKaiser formally.

Optional: Of course some aspect of the Immortals genes would be very beneficent for the creation of the UberKaiser, so the Third Alliance start hunting down a Immortal Champion of whom great tales are told throughout the universe and who's existence is very mystical. Finally they succeed but of course the Immortal gene code also brings a weakness leaving the UberKaiser with anger management problems. Because of this he becomes a relentless leader who even would kill one of his highest generals at a meeting if he didn't please him or fulfill his orders.

No Warheads Gene code is to unstable. We have seen that his own sheer anger can even create animals in the (Nega-?)Negaverse.
