Lots of carnage today, BIN took a severe beating.
Note: I liberally applied Response Actions to this battle, so when someone that has not shot yet has someone else walk into range, then they attack.
Things started off with a cryptic message: Greenkey wanted his winged rifleman to shoot at the yellow pole. The pole, having 2d6 defense, survived with a point of Construction Damage.
The rest of the army formed a squad. The woman is a officer, so there was no penalty. (BIN has the only other officer.)
My army moves up, and one of my infantry and a demolitions expert jumped up on the building.
First blood! BIN is down a member.
BIN advances. Here it comes...
+2 kills. BIN is now down to 4 members.
"Take that, rebel scum!" *BZOW BZOW* Both dead.
Fail on the attack.
With a -2 to skill, Shaeph's hero takes down my flier.
We now have another turret. I will treat the sniper cannon like a Size 3 weapon. No one can pick it up.
*BZEW* Peach hero uses a response action to fire on a BIN trooper. Dead.
You know that rule where heros get two attacks? Well, i just remembered it. Zombie down.
No result from this attack, the skill penalty was too much.
*ZEWOCBLUCH* There, down to two members. Beaten up. Badly.
Due to Pes's orders, the horde was commanded to advance upon "Whoever attacked me". They take the most direct route.
Crit fail caused this zombie's gun to blow up.
Dogman is dead. Birdman is knocked down, and the hero is knocked off the squad.
Overwatch of the carnage.
End of Turn 1. Now accepting orders.
