Fleet Forum Battle 2: Ghost Ship [FINISHED]

Some space repairmen have set up a salvage operation on a derelict imperial destroyer.

Their salvage platforms have been outfitted with anti-space-pirate guns but pirates aren't going to be the problem today.  They also have a pilot in a snappy lil' interceptor.

I just unpacked my spaceships and the basement floor is empty so it's time to fight!  I will run the battle as quickly as you give me commands.  Sign up priority will be given to people who didn't play in the last FFB.

Turn order will be the same as the sign up order.  Commands can be issued in the thread or by PM, your preference.  You can start now, and I will play for Blue for round one if no one signs up.

First objective is to activate the auxiliary power using the battle bridge console.

More info for round zero:

There are eight nine Space Repair Men on the salvage platform and one piloting the interceptor.

I will probably make a stat card for this, but not tonight.  I think it's 6" long, 2x2" of guns, and 15" of move.

The Imperials are showing up with five people with guns, including one with a robot arm.

I assumed this to be LDD or microspace and as I am not a massive fan of those styles of battles I missed this. Zounds!

Round One

The Red Ones

The Councilar ships move up, holding their attacks as responses.

The Yellow Ones

The nearest repair man makes his way to the console.

The repair interceptor moves to engage the Impending Imperials.

Other repair people begin shooting up the freighter with the anti-space-pirate guns.

They do a meager pip of damage.

The Blue Ones

The first fighter rolls a 19 for its piloting roll, sending it careening into the repair interceptor, with a total of 8 MOMs
LEEEEEEROYYYYYYY JENKINS!

The collision deals a pip of damage to each fighter, and the repair interceptor crashes into the destroyer.

The other ships move up at a more restrained pace, but the destroyer is still between them and the repair men.

The Red Ones (Response)

The red ships shoot at Lt. Jenkins, but totally whiff.

They also shoot at the yellow barrels.  No hit.

The Secret Ones

As the ship powers up, the lights on the gantry flicker out.

The Warhead shard is accompanied by some skellies, as well as the Bone Ranger and Puncho Dilla.  "Might as well have some fun while we're here, bois."

The Red Ones

The freighter "lands" on the salvage platform.

The heroic kick sends the freighter skidding across the fabric of space and it takes a pip of damage.  There is also devastation wrought upon the center platform.

The councilar troops bail out into a pile.

The freighter has been literally kicked to the ground.  Nevertheless, she persists, dealing a pip of damage to the Valkyrie fighter.

The Red Ones

The freighter recovers and fires upon the imperial Valkyrie, dealing 2 pips of damage.

The blue repairmen get to the bridge and activate the weapons system.  (It boots up at the end of the turn.)

Repair Chef tries to ignore the spoopy skellies that surround him.

Repair Boss goes into a frenzied rage.  "GET. THESE. MOTHERFUCKING. SAVAGES. OFF MY MOTHERFUCKING. SALVAGE!"  He kills four dudes.
