My top suspects for Pesgore's secret faction(s):
1)This house. It killed a stormtrooper. Plus, it's the only place other than the beach house with a roof. Finally, I think it's been moving.
2)The crane under his table probably has something to do with it.

I actually sent an order for the stormtrooper on the speeder to activate the speeder and investigate the beach house. However, the speeder took off with him on it and then he got killed. I'm guessing that's where the secret faction started.
