so if you NPC a faction and a feat is done that turn it does not count correct?

Yep, the stats always go to the person who sent the orders, if there's no orders, the stats will go lost since they're NPCs. Sometimes factions would also be taken over by other people, then the people who have taken over get the stats from the point they've taken over and started sending orders.

So far it is hard to tell what is a feat and what is not. did you do anything to indicate that?

Basically anything a hero does he shouldn't have been able to do with his regular action can be considered a feat. In Grave Tidings all the spells cast by Queen Lara were feats since I didn't use the same spell system I do now. If I were you I would just, by default, consider spells cast by mage heroes feats unless it's stated it's not a feat. If they cast two spells (which sometimes happened in Faith Divides Us - Death Unites Us) of course only one of them is a feat. With warrior / other types of heroes it should be easy to see anything they're trying to do apart from their normal action as a feat. Also, just pay attention to the actual heroes: the other dudes may sometimes do feat-like stuff but they're specific abilities and not actual 'heroic feats'. The only time a faction had two heroes at the same time should have been that one time Elmagnifico played 'the Deserters' (Garth and Xalen)

Are orders spoken by the heros feats?

like in grave tidings turn one where the bull commander tells every one what to do?

Sometimes dialogue would go along with a feat but dialogue alone is never a feat as I sometimes just add it in for dramatics / whatever: if it's a feat some kind of effect will be described or if it's not yet described it will at least be hinted. The effect will then show later so you'll know it was a successful feat. Feats generally also go along with some kind of action aside from dialogue.

So in this case, the dialogue where the leader is ordering his men what to do isn't a feat, what happens slightly after that is:

His axemen following closely behind him, the leader strode forward, presenting his shiny shield to the mages. The soldiers started shouting something repeatively in their foreign language. It sent chills down the spines of several of the Magus Guild, and a glow began to encompass the East’s position. Nothing else happened though, the influence of the shield on the battle not yet revealed.

The parts in bold are important. It translates to 'the leader used the power of his shield to create a glow around his men of which we don't know the effect yet.'

Updated with the results from the Fords of Gelron. No changes in titles yet, but new players RobotMonkey, Napalmking and Rev. Sylvanus have made their entry. Most notably Ogel96 makes a jump to the second place in amount of kills with a whopping 37 kills from that last fight, though Warhead still remains firmly in the first place.

Updated with the results of Freedom's Blood.

A lot of new players made their entry: Apollyon, GeneralOfDeath, FISH!!!, RunsWithLegos, Ham701 and Zupponn.

There's a few players with 3 victories now, but Elmagnifico defends his position as King of Victory.

Warhead remains firmly in the first place in the butcher department, his closest pursuer (solvess) has less than half the kills he has.

Hey, what about a title of "Monster slayer?" The one with the most monster kills (giants, dragons (not the little ones, more like trogdor,) trolls and such)?
