That looks pretty mean, but I would replace that small blade beneath it with a really big one, around the size of the upper disc chassis. That way it could lawn-mow enemies below.

Also silent, I'm still not satisfied with the main gun myself and I'm not sure how to fix it so I'll probably just build a new one.

I believe they are refering to the part that would make it hover if it were real.

Oh, I understand now. I don't have any massive saw blades yet, but I'll see if I can get a big one with my next Bricklink order.

I present to you, the Riesenlaster Mk II.
With two plasma cannons, this powered armour needs a turn to power up before firing.

This is the Bavarian Mk II Dreadnought. It's armaments are less in number than the previous model, but it's guns are bigger. It also has a nicer aesthetic.

I like the spears sticking out of the roof, they make it feel very German. The guns could use a bit more greebling though.

The feet would look a lot better if you moved the leg struts to the "outer pair" of studs (I cannot really word it better) on each, or does that compromise overall balance?

Functional Missile artillery:
Needs one person to fire and one to reload. The computer adds a bonus to skill. A third person is also needed to scout targets accurately.
See, cool huh?

It looks like a rail gun, which makes it pretty cool, yes.
