Thanks, I'm not decided as to whether or not the crates would be storage or if they'd be better thought of as planking, I guess releasable crates would be a pretty cool impromptu weapon though!

Micro update.

Image
Got bored of the medic and the heavy (medics are for dead people, and the heavy looked stupid), so I turned them into a creepy machine-gun team.

Image
I also fiddled with the Brawler, most notably to add an overhead railing thingy (I don't even know what it's for ~radio antennae apparently~, but it looked cool on the Sd.Kfz. 232 and here.)

That barrel looks incredibly large for a machine gun.

It does now that I think about it, but I wanted it to look like a proper emplacement (I built it with Warshed's immortal siege-level support weapons in the back of my mind), and I think lego figs are used to guns that aren't really in proportion.

It looks like you took a tire and strettccchhhed it out as far as you could, although that probably isn't it.

Standard Lego part, pretty common.

They do look a bit like that from the angle in the last picture, but if you look at earlier photos you'll see they're only 1 brick wide, and do (as you seem to have noticed) resemble the tread of old-school tyres. I got them from a properly old feeling <instert Tzan joke here> box of lego some relatives gave me years ago, it came with a bunch of train stuff with those blue rail tracks, this is the best picture I can find:

They were in a space on the polystyrene tray in the cardboard box that contained the those red wheels, some tyres and a power box thing for sets like this one ^^^.
In other news, I've just today finished a new build for some terribly overmilitarised police force.

Also: Looking back through the OP, I should probably update my pics of the Warrior/Brawler tank, I've smoothed out so many rough edges on it. Aside from that I'd like the excuse to change the name to "Warrior" all the way through, "Brawler" doesn't quite do it for me any more.

Policemen need armour too, in the form of the Zephyr Armoured Patrol Car, modelled here by the policemen of Graphen Province...

Image
The Graphen Police Department ordered several of Zephyr armoured cars as tensions between civillians and the local police force heightened. Already infamous for their use of molotov cocktails to dispell crowds, the appearance of Zephyrs in police livery only worsened the reputation of Graphen Five-0.

Image
Neighbourhood Watch gets an upgrade. This car is the same size as my Citadel tank, eek.

~ Added this to the OP, that post has had 18 updates so far!

I have literally no idea what is going on in this picture?

Is the rock monster slave labor?

Who threw the TNT?

There was a blue crystal in the miners' dumpster thing, it is not chained to the monster.
The blue rock monster has taken it, he is going to eat it.
The miner is going to solve the problem with TNT, he throws it.

The human invader has stolen the noble rock creature's buried ancestor (the crystal).
The rock creature rescued the crystal and tries to return it to the sacred burial grounds.
The human, outraged that a simple minded savage could possibly defy his will, tries to destroy it with explosives.

Sigh. Reminds me just how much I loved those sets. Might have to go find a few sometime.

If only those helmets of theirs came in dark gray; that would be perfect for infantry forces.
