So I was like, what would a giant Dragon God-King have for a throne? and then I thought, how about a castle chair? So this is the product of that line of thinking.
About 4 stories tall, it is slightly shorter than the walls of Drakierkegaard.
The sides are dotted with arrow holes, although none face in.
The back's about the same, it's pretty defensable.
All the layers are accessable, although they lack connecting stairways.
Since the chair went out of active use, due to the death of it's owner, it has been repurposed as a holy site for the worship of him.
The shrine itself, using the ancient symbol of his deadly blessing.
The other relic is a banner said to be carried by the flaming general himself, preserved by ancient magics (or they just buy a new one when the old one starts to look shabby).
The Dragon Priest is an enigma, no one's sure what's under the mask, and no one really wants to find out.
Some nice frescos from the time adorn the walls.
For scale (and foreshadowing) here's the dragon god on his throne.
The Flaming General takes his position as right hand man seriously.
And there we go! It was a nice little project to get most of my castle parts togeather. Some Kings have Iron thrones, some have Lion thrones, some have Severed thrones, but only one King has a Castle for a throne.
