Goliath Super Tank

Postby bann154 » Thu Jan 12, 2017 2:04 pm

So i made this a while back and this is the general run down before its scrapped.

It ended up being 20" long and was i guess under armed it couldve used a lot more dakka.
Image
It is equipped with an assault ramp and empty interior that could fit almost all of my infantry or a couple tanks.

Finally the interior of the turret it had room for 4 maybe more if cramped in the middle you can see the bigass counterweight to keep the gun from drooping.

It was highly inspired by Kaplans Hyperion.

That thing is massive! How many bricks do you have? You've built so so many big things!
It is also a very nice build, it reminds me of kaplans tank.

Can the gun aim upwards? Because on mine, it keeps flopping down and it's a bit annoying.

I feel honored and happy if I inspired you building a SHDT.
This really looks like the little cousin of Hyperion. :)

Perhaps it was the "prototype model" initially proposed for the M-Throne Empire by a sub contractor. However, when Kaplan's engineers saw it, they thought it too small and said "Bigger is better!  :D
