Also these clones are un-canonical and aren't trained to miss for movie purposes.

my soldiers who "legitimatlly" obtained clone trooper armor used to be lead by a lightsaber wielding hero untill he was cut down by my regular sabre wielding hero, as a melee idiot doesn't work well when solders line up like redcoat and shoot

i have a few specially colored clones
Yellow became a hero with the addition of blue pauldrons
red became and elite sniper with more blue pauldrons
the soldiers that came with the AT-RT have a little red repblic symbol have become pilots and reg clone/stormtroopers are infantry (or speedbumps considering i have 12 infantrymen and 3 tanks)

Yellow in Phase 1 armor denoted Commander rank.

However, that was when the army was brand new and hadn't finished expanding. Phase 1 armor didn't fit right and was modified and eventually phased out entirely. The clearly marked rank made officers easy targets, and replacement armor was usually delivered unpainted.

As a result, within a year of the war's outbreak there was no consistent pattern to armor decoration. Officers during the animated series tended to wear mantles and hakimas (the japanese word for a skirt worn as battle attire), and helmet visors of various designs appeared as well.

Basically, the clone army in ATotC was inexperienced and their armor paint scheme reflected what the cloners of Kamino thought would be a useful rank designation pattern. As with all pre-war armies, things that look good on paper tend to look less good on the battlefield.

That, and as time passed the clones became slightly more individualistic; they may have been cut from the same material but their experiences after leaving Kamino shaped them.

I suppose you could relate it to France's army before and after the Great War.

the standard clones no, but when you get to the alpha-ARC's then they become bad ass 100 ultimate troops for the army of the grand republic there so limited usually they only get 1 per battle unless it's important for. thoose who only speak binary 1001010010101011000010111001010(i have no idea what it actually means in binary) and thoose who only understand math.

standard clones=bantha fodder.

null-ARC's=good.

alpha-ARC's=bad ass.

clones??!?!!??1/!?11/!?!/1/?

Very original. As far as BrikWars armies go, I haven't seen too many Star Wars themed ones. MOCpages' arteries are clogged full of those clones. I really hate them, and Pitlogg has the right idea. A good portion of the clones I see are even platgerised (play-jer-ized?) from CloneArmyCustoms.

yellow clone troopers are generally commanders. An entire squad of commanders led by a Jedi is just silly.
Oooh, so this must be some really hardcore Star Wars canon sacrilege then.
BUWAHAHA.
Just say something about Star Wars being a Disney franchise and start laughing at him.

"YOU GONNA TELL ME ABOUT ALL THE DISNEY PRINCESS LORE, DISNEY FANBOY!?"

Is it bad that I've thought to stab anyone that says that, then go buy Star Wars off of Disney, then burn Disney and all of Disney's friends, family, houses and pets to the ground, then slap George Lucas? (I'd do worse, but Lucas came up with Star Wars in the first place...) :P

I don't mean to say I dislike them entirely, I actually have very little opinion at all. Its Just this whole Leia is a Disney princess thing kinda rubs me the wrong way. I think the next years will give me a very strong opinion of Disney, one way or the other. I was mostly making a bad joke. I do that alot...
