Steampunk-themed army
This army is directly opposed to my army of semi-futuristic Brikthuhlu cultists. They are the bravest and proudest in the empire's service and will stop at nothing to eradicate any last vestiges of the magics that were once so prominent in the land and to pursue a bold new world that revolves around science.
this is an open-air steam-powered walking troop carrier, loaded with twin anti-personnel guns, a swinging blade and a massive siege cannon.

this is a steam-powered walker with several guns, and a belly-mounted canon.

any self-respecting steampunk army would be incomplete without a steam-powered flying machine

and of course, rocketteers
<a href="http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=376642" target="blank"><img src="http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/jmatt ... 0_0765.jpg" height="300"></a>
obviously, the best thing about steam-powered armies is that steam engines are highly combustible. I can't wait to put it to use.

It is nice but, in my experience, Steam Punk is usually brown and has a lot of pipes and greebles, for example Zac Baker's Hedgehog Mech, Or Chris Doyle's Falcon of the Millennium.

sadly non of thease would work since they have no smoke-box,boiler,firebox or water and fuel storage.
but this is brikwars, there really awosome looks make them exist,
brik-wars is a place where gravity is optional so steam engines without fuel or water or a boiler or a firebox can exist even tought completely impossible

Is the movie "Steamboy" about steam punk? There are always exceptions, as seen in that movie.tahthing wrote:sadly non of thease would work since they have no smoke-box,boiler,firebox or water and fuel storage.

steamboy is steampunk, but not as much as its name would suggest. still, it is a fantastic movie.
for the sake of simplicity, and my lack of bricks of the appropriate colors and types, all these models have "implied" boilers, etc. each of the models has a specific "engine-area," and i just say that all those devices are condensed into those areas. you can see it beneath the smoke stacks on both walkers and in the rear on the flyer.

no what im saying is there not enough water or fuel areas with the current storage and boilers they wouldent be able to move!
with steam it truely is size=power.
if it did work even with its titchy power it would take 1 step and stop since it has no water storage.

And I was asking if you had seen Steamboy, because in that movie they have an amazing exception to that rule.tahthing wrote:no what im saying is there not enough water or fuel areas with the current storage and boilers they wouldent be able to move!

While browsing Google Images, I spotted this baby. I can't take credit for it, but it strikes me as classic Lego Steampunk.
