Hey Brikwars forums!
I have been away from lego for sometime, but now I am back and good fer anuver go! (As 40k Orks would say it.)

This army is very old but still totally intact in a dresser draw somewhere in my house. Pleae forgive the spelling mistakes and other bad puns contained herein. I was in grade 10 when I made these MOC's, having just discovered brickshelf and the brickcommander websites.

Nice models. Matching armies are always nice, and even better with matching vehicles and buildings.

I'll assume the vests are armor, but it isn't a terrible idea. Any PFD-less (Personal Flotation Device) minifigs under 10 years old on a boat in Minnesota are breaking the law (with a few exceptions.) It would be terribly disappointing if you had to forfeit a match because your side was arrested.

Noone in MNGG is under 10. And only some of Alex's minifigs are under 10.

Then why are they on the battlefield and not playing in the middle of a 4-way freeway intersection where they belong?

This army is so old that yes... it has troopers equipped with life jackets as armor. It was something me and my brother did to give our lego minifigs some armor. To protect them from the usual minifig dangers, dragons, poorly designed brik monsters, muskets (all we had), megablocks and what not.

BTW I do not think 10 year old kids should be playing in the street. :o

hey! i actually like life jackets as armor! they make excellent bullet proof vests, even if they are... bright yellow. you could always sharpie them black i suppose.
