It could be either or, under my rules. It all depends on how he wants to set it up.

Oddly enough it's stuck size wise; too big to be a carrier, but too small to be a flagship.

In all honestly though it looks far too epic to be a simple carrier, and having it be a flagship makes it slightly more likely to survive against the fleet of pirates I plan to build.

Lol. Umm... Carrier pretty much covers it. Or Flagship. So... he's kinda stuck.

these ships but mine to shame. the only cool thing about mine is the use of the tire from the star wars turbo tank as engines.

Tires have always made excellent engines.

Yeah, I think I'll just stick with flagship for now, it makes things a lot easier.

BTW I finally made the Pirate ships, they have a frigate, a missile barge, and a destroyer and they pack some major heat. This is going to be a close battle!

yeah, but it was neccassary. It used six black minifig hands, which I needed for some minifigs.

Ah. I don't dabble in minfigs any longer. Their parts are better put to use elsewhere. You'll find disembodied minifig bits all over my creations. mostly hands, but I use arms and legs sometimes.
