Okay....and so is saying "IDK really." helping this discussion?
Making an engine isn't all just about throwing a bunch of "greebles" on. Many people can hardly present the "greeble art" that well yet call their models AWESOME CUZ IT HAZ GREEBLES!!11!
This issue has been dicussed before with [jaster]'s Gondola:
After much criticism in the LEGO community he went from this:

to this:

Now tell me, which one looks better?
As for engine fundamentals there was an article that was on lugnet and classic-space.

Just check out what other people on Flickr are doing for their ships for some inspiration. Although there are a lot of great builders out there, I would reccomend starting with [soren]'s photostream.

Runny, I like your overall design.
I agree with McVash that the engines could use some work.
Also, McVash, thanks for posting those links; I have found them to be useful and informative.
I believe I may too subscribe to the idea that design elements (such as greebles, engines, crew spaces, etc.) should have individual purpose and funtion rather than a random placement for purely aesthetic reasons.
That's just a personal opinion though; I don't expect that everyone will share that notion.
Good job Runny, with a little more work you will have even better results!
