Strap a bunch of Indians to it, and launch it off a catapult. Then you've got a weapon.

Douglas Adams, in Life, the Universe, and Everything wrote:So Hactar designed an Ultimate Weapon.

It was a very, very small bomb which was simply a junction box in hyperspace that would, when activated, connect the heart of every major sun with the heart of every other major sun simultaneously and thus turn the entire Uni- verse in to one gigantic hyperspatial supernova.

When the Silastic Armorfiends tried to use it to blow up a Strangulous Stilet- tan munitions dump in one of the Gamma Caves, they were extremely irritated that it didn’t work, and said so.
Hactar had been shocked by the whole idea.

He tried to explain that he had been thinking about this Ultimate Weapon business, and had worked out that there was no conceivable consequence of not setting the bomb off that was worse than the known consequence of setting it off, and he had therefore taken the liberty of introducing a small flaw into the design of the bomb, and he hoped that everyone involved would, on sober reflection, feel that ...

The Silastic Armorfiends disagreed and pulverized the computer.

Holy shit, I actually built a Lego.

These are my second take on the Venus in micro scale.

Image

This was my first take.  This is actually a copy of someone else's microscale rendition of the Venus, I forget who did it, but it was probably Bragallot, I really loved his space battles.

Image

Anyway, for these I just based them off the original.

But I can't decide which cannon configuration I should use.  If you look at the older pictures at the beginning of the thread you can see its secondary armament are these big grey dual-cannons mounted on the sides just below the bridge.  So here one of the microscales has dualies in the right spots, but the other has big grey cannons in the same spot.  I think the grey ones look better, and in microspace the dualies would probably work out to just be a more powerful single gun for the sake of simplicity.  I also simplified the three tertiary turrets, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to simplify the double cannons as well.  Anyway, y'all tell me which interpretation I should go with because I can't choose.
