The three options I can see are Captain Firestarter (To right), The General (Directly Behind) and Antony Pizarro(Way behind) Pizarro and Fire are officers in The Wandering Empire, and The General is a Hero/protector of The League Of Time Traveling Gentlemen.

The only thing that could make me more afraid of this would be a carpet from the 80's. Rick Astley is terrifying and all, but I peed myself last time I came face-to-face with a shag carpet.
