Compound Bow Archers

So we’ve been anxious to share with people our compound bow. We're happy how this one turned out, and figured as this being the brick battle clash capitol of the world, we should stick it up. Hope you like it and feel free to make your own! We would love to see these catch on.

The compound bow is made from six separate pieces and matches the size of the new elven bow produced by Lego. AND if you tweak it just right it can even FIRE the loaded arrows!!

Here several Forestmen Sharpshooters ambush a scouting party sent by the tyrannical Lion Kingdom. We tried to show the different uses of the bow as well as a close up comparison. Minifigs can sling the bows across their backs, draw them back to fire, and more. Hope you all enjoy :D

And like most everything we do we like making lots of them! :)

 Want. For Night Elves.

Edit: I don't know how Dio would have felt about appearing on this forum, but he's appeared in South Park so it might be a good idea :)

As I said in the other thread, I love these. They look great. I am just unsure that they do not look too modern for Midevil kinds of guys.

Now a couple Ninja Assassins in a SciFi army, these would scream ultra-cool. :D

No, now someone (me) who has a Rambo fig (and has been modernising him to post up on here) can add a badass and insanely awesome bow to his armoury.

These are inspired!

I made one last night for my Akkadian Vas Kallas minifig. It looks futuristic enough for space people to use it too.
