Commonest colours used:

Dark Red
Light Tan
Dark Tan
Brown
Dark Brown
Grey
Dark Grey
Black

Sometimes appears:

White
Dark Blue

For the U.S.
Green, gray and black for ground forces
Red, White and Blue for everything else.
For the Crimson Dawn:
Dark red, black, dark tan, and metallic gold for visors.
Space Sharks:
Pretty much just black and yellow for everything.
Azteks:
Not much of a unified color scheme other than the use of gold and OT.

CyberSkulls
Mechs have one primary color for each mech (red, yellow or Bleu)
Death's Head- (bazooka men awesomeness) Black and white
Orange Red and Blue (and tan) are the most dominant colors along with white for the skeletons heads
CyberSkull most important feature is bad coloring but no awkward rainbow-crap.
