DF: Bonedoomed

Let me tell you a tale of seven very unlucky dwarves. They call me Scottsman, and I don't know anyone else in this caravan other than Arkbrik. We were seven, very, very unlucky dwarfs. Well suplied, but with only moderate skills to our name. Not to mention we were deposited in an evil land. This is going to be a long year.

2nd of Granite: We've been here barely any time at all and already, bad stuff is happening. It started raining oungent ooze, and now we're all taking impromptu powernaps. Thank god I seem to be imasdjlkfgf

And then everyone died. I'd say that took 15 in game days and about 5 minutes IRL. This was a terrible idea.

Sending it is a bit trickier than I initially thought. I'll figure it out. Sorry I haven't really been able to work on it though, I've been kind of off for a while now.

Well you didn't get too far, so I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to recreate.

How about a haunted tropical jungle?

That might be for the best. Also, get underground IMMEDIATELY. The rain will be toxic in haunted areas. It's very fun.

You will need the second to deal with the first, probably.

MANY INVASIONS! MUCH AWESOME!

A single mountain surrounded by haunted tropical jungle would be ideal. You would also most probably piss off the elves in the process of building much-needed walls around your fort, which will only add to the fun.

The site is a thick forest with a brook to the north, and a rising hillside to the south. I spot some stone in the murky ponds so we can probably sneak past/not bother with the aquifer if we want to.
