dear Brikguy, go die in a hole or answer my question instead of turning my topic into another of your troll arguments where Natalya calls you a chemo

In 1989 i was 13 and not interested in music at all. By chance i got a tape from someone and i knew it had metal on it. I also knew metal was something terrible. However i did decide to give it a chance and listened to it. I was blown away and never looked back. It was Skid Row's debut album of the same name. Still love it today.

First metal music I ever heard was in a CD (being run by a walk-man) with a bunch of individual songs from Edguy, SOAD or Metallica (with some AC/DC and Linkin Park in the mix). Which I thought was pretty great and I heard it countless times over and over since there was nothing else besides my dad's classical or jazz albums (which I didn't like at the time) or my sisters rap or pop junk.

Mechwarriors 4: Mercenaries, Command & Conquer and Starcraft helped at the time with their awesome soundtracks.

From there on out, internet and therefore fuckin' Youtube. Manowar popped out in Warcraft, Warhammer or even bloody LOTR AMVs and was an epic glorification of the genre. Started discovering subgenres, bands, movements, you name it. I fell in love with this ridiculously powerful music which I'm still passionate about to this day, as you may have noticed, ah.

Reading your post Fenix reminded me about the Power Rangers music, which is definitely some form of metal.

I never missed a Power Rangers episode when it was in its first couple of seasons.

I was too old for Power Rangers but i saw Saber Rider and the Starsheriffs from about *88 on like Bonn-o-Tron. I always loved the title song. Years later i realized that it it totally metal.

Woah, I'm going on a trip down memory lane here. Mighty Max had a pretty :666: intro too, along with Extreme Dinosaurs and some others. Man, cartoons were on another level back then.

It is. And yeah, I guess you were decent when you were 7 since you listened to Black Sabbath.

yeah, most people think it sucks. I like it because I'm weird, but I don't recommend it if you don't know very much about pokemon.
also, they more or less repeat the same plotlines every few years.
