Okay guys, I'm a bit new round here so I thought you could help me out. After many hours sweating away typing in flickr details, trying to remember my mother's middle name and whatnot, I mastered the art of image posting. But! Doing [flash=]embedded videos[/flash] has me baffled. I tried looking how other people have done them, but I still can't manage it. Help me.

Well it only works in the Thunderdumb forum and you might need to be a mod there too.

[flash=854,480] https://www.youtube.com/v/U0eS3zC3Jco[/flash]

So basically
6. pause the video, right click, "Stats for Nerds" check the image size, then put that in the "flash=" area
7. after the ".com/" delete everything up to the "v"
8. change the "=" to a slash "/"
9. Profit!!

Oh it works as a mod in Bricks.

I tried it in the Beer forum, but it didn't work.
That's ok, nobody needs videos of old dudes drinking beer.

Only mods and admins can post videos, due to some security issues with handing out flash functionality to everyone.

Yeah, we've grown used to the forum layout and style now.

Time to change it all again to make us feel awkward and uncomfortable.

Paint.net is also handy for image-editing
Shamelessly blatant self-promotion: check out my armory, where you can find new custom abilities and battle-gear stats, and my MOCPages page, which I really ought to update more often.

This sig is too fucking large: show anyway

I am wondering how you post pictures on mobile?
For me, :mystery:

(Edit) I didn't know my signature was that convenient.

You have to upload them to an image hosting site (flickr is a popular one) and then, once it's on the internet, post the image's internet address in an img tag.

So if your picture is at

http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/leg ... /Benny.png

then the tag looks like

Code: Select all
[img]http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/lego/images/2/22/Benny.png[/img]

and the post looks like
