Perfect. Now we just need a venue. Blitzen said she could arrange a place last time, so hopefully that's still an option. Natalya, do you happen to have a backup in case that doesn't work?
And yeah N1S3R, it'll probably be in Toronto.

What week is your reading week? If this is on a weekend I am in for sure and might have an interests friend depending on how many people we need, but if its a week day I probably can't make it.
Re: I'm like in Ontario now.
Also if it is on a weekend I would be able to come but don't know a ton about the game. What rules do you play by the full ones of the 2005 rules? How large of an army should I prepare?

If you don't have that many dudes I can let you borrow some of my guys or something, but really you should bring like whatever you have. Maybe.
Then again it might be cool to do some scenarios or something instead of 'kill everyone' because scenarios are easier to do and take less time?

I should have enough guys they just aren't in any set army or config. I have been meaning to make one but just haven't so I thought if you had a guess on how many guys I would need in my army I could get them put together nicely and not have to scramble when I get there.

Well I have over 100 dudes but I won't use all of them. We will probably use 2010 rules.

Damn straight they are. Played Capture-the-Briefcase with RoC in like an hour or so.Natalya wrote:scenarios are easier to do and take less time?
If you're willing to teach 2010, play it. NIS3R seems like he wouldn't really be able to appreciate the difference, and as long as you just wave your hands and affirm him that the rules are correct, he's likely to just roll with it.
NIS3R, remember the WISG roll if you feel like they're pulling the wool over your eyes, or if it really looks like Natalya's gonna kill you.

Plastik Armory: a bunch of weapons and abilities compatible with the 2010 rules.

A scenario game sounds better to me. We can always decide on one when we're all there.

My reading week is from Feb 18 to Feb 22, but I can really do it any time.aoffan23 wrote:Natalya, is there any particular date that works best for you?
Blitzen, when's your reading week (assuming you actually check here and read this)?
I go downtown to Toronto for class and there is a lot of space in my university where we can play. It'll be empty on a weekend. The lighting is good, too.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

Holy shit this sounds awesome.
What university do you go to? And uhh yeah, Saturdays are best for me but Sundays in the early evening are okay too as long as you don't mind if I'm gross from roller derby.

Re: I'm like in Ontario now.
I can do pretty much any Saturday or Sunday, as long as I know a week in advance so I can book it off work. I already booked off the 26th, but I can just say that I can work if we decide on another date.
EDIT: And by "a week in advance" I mean the Monday of the week before.

I go to Ryerson. It's about 5 minutes from the Eaton Centre, a 20-minute walk from Union Station.Natalya wrote:Holy shit this sounds awesome.

A sat would work best for me as well but I could also swing a Sunday if that's the day it ends up being on.

Re: I'm like in Ontario now.
Saturday the 2nd?
*EDIT*
Blitzen says the 2nd is good. (Via PM.)
If we can do the battle at her uni that would be great for me.
