How does one gain permission to add to the Brikwars wiki?

Added! You should be able to log in now with your usual name and password. Let me know if it doesn't work; in the past we've found that some password characters work for the forum but not for the wiki.

Stubby, how does one add another template to the template section?

This template doesn't look general-purpose enough to apply to the majority of vehicles. Maybe I'll edit it.
