Making Stat Cards

I've been trying to make some stat cards, but since I don't really know anything about that sort of stuff, I get frustrated after about 15 minutes and delete the draft or whatever. Could someone who uses Gimp show how to do it or something?
Thanks.

I use paint and I don't care about font size.

Jeez, way to be dicks you guys.

Instead of doing it yourself, try googling or youtubing it yourself. Try things like "Gimp Tutorial" and figure out some basic stuff like layering. I don't know what the fonts or sizes are used - the old brikwars site used to say it, but the new re-design doesn't mention it anywhere

Thanks! I hadn't thought of that.

I mean honestly you don't have to stick to anything - use a font size that is clear and looks cool to you.

Also look around for HAL-9001's GIMP template; that was very helpful when I made some.

Really though, if you have photoshop you can use the template mike has in downloads. If you have paintshop, you can insert the words nice and easy, but in black and white.

Edit this card with Photoshop.  Delete the maple leaf and change the colour of everything.

Thanks for the tip! Now to figure out how to get the picture under the frame.

Don't know how you are doing with layering, but try setting the picture as the bottom most layer. Should work.

Doesn't need to be bottommost, just put it exactly on top of the picture that is already there.
