Attempting negotiations with Scythian Empire for trade and other possibilities(Like an advanced navy techonology).

I.E. Shadowscythe wanna form an alliance?

While the Scythian Army and Navy is more than capable to defending its own borders - We hold nothing against your empire.

However, for any form of alliance - or eventual technology trading, you must first prove yourself to be loyal to any agreement, and capable of fighting along side Scythian forces.

(As in, fight along side the Scythians in a later forum battle - after kingunderthemountain - and we'll see =P )

Refugee race, little to no contact (yet).

The Kalae are a dying, outdated race of anthropomorphic beings. They harbor a technological power unlike any other, but due to the extreme overuse of this power caused the collapse of their solar system, starting with their home planet.

Their entire race now numbers in the 30,000's, a band of refugees wrapped in several miles of tempered steel, all alone in the night, searching for a new home...

(The military, naval, and intel units are all the same because they're all that remains. Unit 336 is the last thing between any calamities and the death of the race).

Immortal Navies (Immortal) Personal Fleets of some of the Elite Family.
Grand Imperial Fleet (Immortal) The Immortal Emperors personal fleet.

Imperial Intelligence (Mortal) Various overt and covert factions
Dial'O'Death (Immortal Elite) Classified.

Immortal TechTM: R+D/Weapons Division

STANDING:
Nomadic. Figuratively speaking. It can take eons for the Immortals to move on from a region or just weeks. There is no set pattern to their nomadic behaviour.

The Immortals were first reported by the Gamma Corp when the planet of Fico was first attacked. Within a matter of hours the planet dropped out of the Galactic Comms Network and to date no further information has come from the planet or any fleet that has since been sent to investigate. It is believed the planet has been lost and that it has become a staging ground for a large Immortal presence in the Brikverse.

There is a small number of dispossessed refugees and PDF/Gamma Corps survivors who managed to escape the fall of Fico before the planet was blockaded. Most accounts and testimonies of these retches are discredited as unbelievable nonsense.

It is unknown at this time just where the Immortals came from or their racial outlook towards other cultures. The only information so far gained about the Immortals has been through dealings with an organisation known as Dial'O'Death, a freelance Mercenary outfit that deal in Immortal TechTM and hiring out their services as Mercs for a price.

Perhaps it is a matter of Koincidence that many empires bordering the  planet Fico have since become fractious at best. Many covert operatives have been sent from different factions to investigate these occurrences to the stability of the region. Some of these agents are found. Most are never heard from again.

Also I'm not sure how but i'd like to set up trade routes to the sythian empire, taking up the 3 quadrants, from me to the scythian empire, below the united federation of adamas systems. Placing starbases, in each quadrant.

TE Population: 3.45 Trillion

Religon: ALL planets are Triangleist/IPU. All FoBoB are executed.

Other:
Tyronian soliders are trained so extensively through obstacles such as blood filled trenches with barbed wire, or REAL minefeilds, and beaten with brass knuckles only to become the ultamite warriors. Ones who thrive through obstacles such as these are made into Super Soliders, which have newly invented Intro-Skeletons (a bio-mechanical robot suit surgically inserted between the skin and muscles to make the solider all the more stronger. There are only to be three at a time, each representing the Great 3 Triangles; The Holy Triangle, The Great Triangle, and the Almighty Triangle, which are their patron Gods, with each having one patron God. The Great Three combined with the ultamite power of the Tyronian soliders, bring victory for every battle the TE is confronted with. We despise all peaches, and they must DIE. Patron colors are white and red.

We also wish to ally with the VOL.

The Story goes...

Elmagnifico lost a planet to an Immortal incursion, (it's on King of The Hill) It was his capital I think, called FICO. It's currently a black spot with nothing getting in. Also the neighbouring regions have been experiencing some upheaval and civil unrest which is too koincidental to be anything but the work of the Immortals.

I might enter my empire later if I come up with some ideas for its back story. In the mean time I don't know if you guys would want this but I have a little bit of PS skills and can make a "shinier" map that can be updated on the fly.

dude, remove the one near the vol, and you still have 7 teritorries! thats more than any empire on the map, even if they are small. part of it is that the stars are galaxies, so its bigger thatn it seems. the only reason they got so many was because there armies are pretty well known. your army is pretty new, so at most settle for two territories. and the space will be filled in eventually. besides, if thers no open space, then there's no open space to fight over!
