Here are some equasions to help your info make sense.

A.B=C, then C.D= Total Pop.

Urgh, I wish I listened to my little voice that said it was a bad idea to post Empire Scale. Don't get hung up on stats. It's a waste of time and fraught with conflict and paradox. We're not Dilanski or OneEye you know, we can't handle this shit.

I think that this can work just fine as long as you use relative terms and just leave all numbers out of it. We can all get an idea about how a "small" empire behaves, regardless of whether that means "only" half a continent or "only" fifty systems.

So maybe try something more along these lines:
  • Name of Empire:
    Relative Size:
    Government and Culture:
    Military Features:
    Important Worlds:
    Important Characters:
Along with associated links to the wiki, as appropriate.

Name of Empire: undecided.
Relative Size: too what?
Government and Culture: militry
Military Features: Ship 1AA1(ship 1A of fleet A1) and Ship 1AB20 (ship 1A of fleet B20). the largest ships of their fleets.
Important Worlds: none, they operate from space stations. They take planets tempory for use as "motivated labor camps" (the motivation comes from haveing guns pointed at them) too allow them to get large amounts of materials.
Important Characters: general atraschopolmonotrexyuwetahyaspofgholkpzes (for short)

Extra details:
The ships have No "offical" names but the crews often give them nicknames.
Ship 1AA1 is (obviously) the lead ship of the lead fleet.
Any ship of 1A designation is the command ship of that fleet.
General atraschopolmonotrexyuwetahyaspofgholkpzes has a unconcious clone somewhere, that when he dies will activate. Its memory is updated once a month using messager drones fitted with warpdrives. A messenger drone is also launched when his ship has a critical hull breach.
Kerbal Rocketry(my youtube with actual videos on it!)

Name of Empire: Galactic Union

Relative Size: Several hundred planetary systems within the Milky Way Galaxy, including Earth.

Government and Culture: under Imperial rule for the past earth-century after Earth's final conquest of the Milky Way. Humans hold most of the power but only 38% of the population. The GU does it's best to promote healthy living for all beings, but many of the poorer worlds have been swept under the rug. Socialist values have also made larger corporations harder to maintain, which has recently broken out into a civil war against the Galactic Corporate Alliance. The GCA is headed by the Braintrust Corporation, but also includes military and financial backers from companies like ROBO, Octan, and even local space pirates and mercenaries. The poorer planets have also raised the war banners to combat against the Galactic Union's iron fist of equality, which has thus far served them poorly.

Military Features: The GU military's backbone is a massive army of robotic soldiers, ranging everywhere from droid infantry to tanks and battlecruisers that are completely computer operated. Around 20% of the forces are still organics to oversee and command the droid armies, and are almost exclusively human.

Well, Ill give it a try...

Name of Empire: MAOX

Relative Size: Small Empire, consisting of a few hundred systems, some of them located on the Milky Way

Government and Culture: The MAOX is ruled by an Emperor, and the throne shifts only when the Emperor falls. There is no imperial family, he who is the awesomest will always have a shot for the council to pick for Emperor. Obviously the Emperor can't manage the whole empire by himself, therefore he relies in his trusted, war legends and lords, the Templars

Military Features: Very militarized empire, having several weapon teknologies due various races and cultures yet, excelling at rail and gauss weaponry

Important Worlds: Zordor (Homeworld), Kraahoz (Main Military Bastion World), Zohark (Main Factory World), Remorhaz (Main Research World).

Important Characters: Makaryuz, the III Dragonheart (Current Emperor), Blitz Fenix (Hero)

I will probably lay claim to no more than one habitable planet for every 5 minifigs I have to garrison the real estate with.

I might say for each minifig I have that there be about 5 virtual "replacements" added to my population to replace the fallen.

I currently have 28 minifigs, and I haven't finished equipping them or finalizing my decision on color combinations, so out of that, I may possibly end up with 16 or so minifigs in my standing forces and the other minifigs may go to civilians/badguys/mercs, etc.

This business of owning a hundred + planets makes my brain hurt too much. :p

If I were building in Warhead scale, maybe that would change my thinking a bit on this, but for now, I'm thinking less is better.

No name for my faction yet either.
