That's if you're thinking Modern or Futuristic. For medievil, just scrap that it gets higher.

This is still so many more complications than you need. You're making an entirely different ruleset for something that we already have rules on. This is Brikwars, the best building brick game.

You can keep going, but you're making up rules that are already taken care of in the regular rulebook.

I agree.
Dozens of minifigs beating the crap out of each other = fun
Tiny tanks or spaceships shooting the crap out of each other = awesome
Hordes of 1x1 round plates killing each other = mystifying
