Stats for BrickArms weapons?

Badger? could you please help us? Then it would be easier for us to field them in our armies.

And on a unrelated note I found a random BA spas-12 in the hands of one of my minfigs.

At the Brikwars level, what's the difference between an AK and a M4?
Their rifles are rifles.
Their pistols are pistols.
Their swords are swords.

Automatic fire rules exist for anyone who wants to see em, and shotty rules
are easily made with some playtesting and fingercones.

And the G36 is just a rifle with a 6'' launcher on it, for grenades.

Also thease are models of REAL weapons. soo badger dosen't need too tell you the stats. :diy:

step 1: look up and compare the weapons range,caliber or what ever the shit makes them deadly
step 2: derive stats from those figures
step 3: done!

AK
Damage: 1d6+3
Range: 10"
special: shoots 3 times per turn, 2" splash damage.

I think all similar guns should have the same stats. so they could be divided into the following categories:

Pistols
Rifles
Assaultrifles/LMGs
Shotguns
grenade launchers
Plasma weapons.

I'd agree with you there, although it makes a bit more sense to do Rifles=ARs and have LMGs separate- at least with modern tactics AR wielding soldiers are trained to fire in small bursts or 1 shot at a time, to conserve ammunition.

as a n00b to the forums I don't have much authority but I have to say; the more reallistic I make my weapons stats the more complicated and boring my games get, I prefer to think of weapons on a scale from pew-pew to SKLADOOSHK-ooohgodmyface-SKRAAASDDHSJFGSJ. I think the very essence of the game is to not be a rules Piltogg and just blow stuff up and sever little yellow heads :twisted:
