If you drink a lot of coffee, IV, you could grow a ton of oyster mushrooms for many tasty omelets, stir fries, soups, all that kind of thing on those newspapers

It's pretty easy to grow some of the common mushrooms at home, certainly beats buying them for $5/lb for oysters.

Coffee grounds work well because they are nutrient rich and coffeemaking will kill any bacteria in the grounds, providing a sterile growth medium.
