I once saw one of those in a store before I was into LEGOs.

This guy is nuts.

This set sells on ebay complete with box for about $200 or so.

One sold for less the $100 but it lacked instructions and box. Gosh and how hard is it to down load the instructions from Lego?

He has a warped idea of what it is worth.

Some people have a false sense of what a "old set" is really worth on the market. You see this with many things and not just Lego.
