Toy Fair was amazing! I have been wanting that IDW Design to be made into a toy for years! Metroplex is just as brilliant, and is kind of a steal for suggested retail (125$). The new triple-changers are the best though, this year will be hating my wallet once again. I mean I still haven't gotten FOC Grimlock.

I haven't bought a Transformer since... RotF Skids/Mudflap Ice Cream Truck form, and that was a gift... :wtc:

EDIT: Actually, no, bought a RotF Brawn for myself after that. Still.

Try to get the new Grimlock. It has a badass LED light gimmick.

Okay, I totally lied again, I think the real last one I bought was Jetblade.

This is what happens when you are separated from your (albiet small) collection. Still need to buy some more recent ones.

After a little bit of researching, it seems that the Transformers that I used to own back in the day were:

This Cheetor, which I don't think I ever figured out how to properly transform.

And this Megatron (G2 I believe), which was completely badassery.

I don't know if the awesomeness that is Last Stand of the Wreckers has been mentioned yet but I just want to say the ongoing TF:More Than Meets the Eye somehow slipped my radar and both are madsauce crazy awesome and should be required reading for sheer insanitude and crazy concepting. Not to mention consistent art and styling. I highly recommend both. Somehow you don't care it's almost and ensamble drama/space opera, just with Transformers. I've been slowly picking up issues on Comixology and will be likely to continue till I'm caught up.

Totally still have that Megatron Zupponn's talkin 'bout. Played with it for hours as a kid with no idea what the fuck transformers were.
