I wouldn't say that, I see great potential in those figs (read: parts for my high elves!): werewolves, avians anyone? The weapons are cool and the sets are very brikwarsy indeed.

I thought I was going to hate this line. I still do to some degree, but those white eagle minifigs are actually very very awesome. The wolf people are okay too, and if it wasn't for the printed teeth I'd say that the croc people's headwear actually look kinda like gas masks.

BTW, did anyone happen to spot a new axe piece in any of the sets? One of the forum-goers on that page said he saw one and I have yet to find it.

Yeah, one guy on the croc-boat pic has it. It's red transluscent clip-on viking ax.

Would anyone like to clue me in about the whole Headhunter hype? Everyone seems to be shtting out their eye sockets about the fact that it's finally being made into a set, but it just looks... dumb. I'm not just talking about how they built it, I'm talking about the ship itself. Why do people love it so much? It's just an X-wing without the X-wings. I'm honestly confused about why it's so "good."

Also, I will be picking up at least one of those raven sets from Chima. The eagle vehicles look great, an I'm veeeery tempted to buy that wolf truck. The new wing parts will be fun to mess around with.

There's a bunch of times on the forums this year where somebody says "Lego should really do X" and I have to say " :| " because of course I'm not allowed to say anything. But now that the pictures are out, I can say that I was really having a hard time keeping my mouth shut in the "they should bring back Fabuland so we can make razgrizzly warriors" thread.

I'm still convinced that Stubby has the best job ever. He makes new stuff, knows about new stuff and has insane quantities of stuff, and he's getting paid too! livingthedream.jpg

This.

Besides, someone already made a :666: band with gear similar to that. Was it IV?

EDIT: But wait, is this from a set?
:wtc:

That looks exactly like Brikpocalypse.

WHAT DO I GET?!?!
A PC.
Nah, I react a lot faster on Xbox, where there are also a lot of n00bs to own. In general dragscoping feels nicer and so does quickscoping. I do agree when it comes to RPG's like Skyrim (Mass Effect excluded because of the shooter-like gameplay.) PC may be superior.

I've noticed that there are games that play better on this generation of consoles than on a PC, but none that I've ever been interested in playing. If it's not in-depth enough to need a keyboard then I'm happy to leave it to the drooling Madden dudebros.

Star Wars 2013 Planet series. Be sure to check out the minifigs; some sweet pilots in there.

I am terrified by the legend of Chima. I'd make a thundercats joke, but that would only be funny if it weren't so blatantly thundercats in the actual sets. :wtc:

The line is Masters of the Thundercats

I'm gonna get loads of the 2013 planets, you can stack up on clones, and I will probably convert the vehicles into drones.

You're willing to spend $15 on each clone? I don't usually like to criticize how people spend their own money, but that's just fucking stupid.
