Went to the Lego tore today to use up my VIP points before they expired in like a day. Got this:

As well as this set, which was marked down to $14, which is a great price for some olive green and other stuff.

The total came to $55, I used $25 worth of VIP points, and I had $30 left over from exchanging some shoes I got as a gift for cheaper ones. So in short, I pretty much paid nothing.

Just picked this up. It's a pretty good set for the price.
Yeah, I got it a while back when we were birthday gift shopping for my nephew.
I'm thinking it's going to be the cornerstone of my Tarrin Federation and Pseudo-Arachnid Empire Armies, just need to swap the dude's head for the female one and it will be perfect.

Also, got my first Briklink Order!

I wish... the whole order was 50 some dollars, mostly for the Rocket Launcher pieces and the Droids...
...At this rate, I'll never assemble the Death Tank Engine for the Pain Train.

The Kramer is really nice. Very small frets too. The pickup is shit though, it feels really expressionless. Also, when I got it the single coils didn't work. I'm getting Hot Rods or Quarter Pounders for the single coils and a Super Distortion for the humbucker. The guitar (not including pickups) I would give a 9/10.

When you play it, you feel like you can play a little bit faster than normal...

It's lighter than my Jackson Kelly. It's actually pretty light overall. There's obviously a huge cavity for the tremolo and the springs, so that takes off a lot of weight. Overall, pretty light guitar. You can read more about it here: http://www.vintagekramer.com/focus.htm (remember, Focus 6000, as in S-S-H)

I believe not. Also, apparently, we are all fictive wargamers.
