I got Medieval 2 total war for a Manly Santa Day present from a friend who ordered two copies accidentally.
One of the most awesome medieval games I've played in a while.

After grabbing inexpensive sushi for lunch, I picked up two MLP blindbags from my LGS. I have now decided that the sparkly "crystal" penises count as armoured.

I also got a Rainbow Dash energy drink, and tomorrow I will see if I have low blood pressure or not at Safeway.

Picked up Daily Bugle Showdown at the local Lego store. They had the flying car set too, but I decided to save for later.

Also got the Alien Warrior and Battle Mech from Series 9. Pulled another Alien for my roommate too. Good times. The DB set took HOURS to build.

...and because I am a child, I now have the flying car.

I mean, come on. It's a SHIELD flying car. If you had ever told me that there would be a LEGO set of a SHIELD flying car I would have scoffed.

I also grabbed some more series 9. I am certain one is the knight but I grabbed the other two blind.... all I can say for certain is that they aren't doubles of the ones I have (too slim).

So, funny follow-up: I was in the middle of putting it together when my roommate walked in, saw what I was doing, and said, "Dude, I bought you that for Manly Santa Day."

Sad trumpet.

What's wrong with having two? One for display, one for parts.

Or in my case, it would just be double the parts.

The obvious answer is to take one of them, trick it out and make it totally sweet, and just serendipitously put it in his room with a minifig that is obviously him at the wheel.

The REALLY obvious answer- and the one most likely to happen- is to return the one he physically got me and get myself the Bat/Tumbler set. It's what he suggested. I told him I'd always think of the set as a gift from him (we're both Marvel nerds) anyway, I just got to open it early.

Besides, I already got him the green Galaxy Squad truck.

Mom got this for my Nephew before she was informed she'd be getting both him and his little brother 3DSXLs...

Since it was such a good deal, she wondered if I'd want it.

Love how there are enough spare Golden pieces to build a Mega-Weapon facsimile.

Also tried to Brikwar my Nephew, who had brought his Vemon (Which he didn't use in the Brikwar...), a Snow-R2-D2 from the Advent Calender, and the SLENDERMAN armed with a chain!
I let him houserule that Slendy moved by teleporting, and he immediately abused this to take out one of my Pilot droid.
I also provides him with some Halo Mini-figs and a Raptor, with which he also attacked my Pilots, but his early gambit backfired when the rest of my droids blew them to smithereens!

Pics when I get around to it.

I got:

-The Star Wars Original Trilogy on DVD.
-Medieval Market Village, an awesome set, glad I got it before it went out of production. Very nice houses, and the accessories are great too.
-Attack of the Wargs, another pretty good set. The best part is of course the Wargs, but it also has a lot of other nice features, and lots of fire pieces.
-SW Fury-class Interceptor, awesome set all around.

I now have almost no room left to store legos.

What Nitewatchman got for Manly Santa Day:
Some survival stuff(survival kit in a sardine can, some tools, a key-ring saw, weather radio, etc.)
Caaaandy!
A CD.
Avengers 170 or something like that, first appearance of Taskmaster(my favorite Marvel character).
The first issue Rodey ever put on the Iron Man suit.
House of M 2-6(out of the eight-part series.)
Some money to buy a rifle/whatever with.
A choose-your-own-adventure zombie survival book.

And stuff!
