It does. It's kinda hard to find a good looking helmet to go along with it, though.

I just used regular baseball caps. Works out surprisingly well.

Yea, I don't like all the open space in the back, though. Maybe I'll try it the opposite way you have it on, with the spikey things coming up in the back instead of the front.
