Those are pretty nice. I usually use black or gray castle breastplates, and turn the backwards. It's kind of a signature feature in my modern army. Amazingly effective for man-to-man gunfights.

drop pods really anoy people.
anoying taktic: spend cp on drop pods for a tank and drop pods for oparators of said tank, spend rest on starting force. your enemy will nerly destroy your ground force but what you do it if there only using melee then group so they come to a small area and you gussed it, drop pod away... splat! tank rolls out and with most of there army(and yours sadly) under the pod there down to what they cept back(if any).
this doesn't work as well when there using ranged weapons but you can genarally kill there hero unless he pulls a feat to chuck the pod before it lands on him. I've made a small drop sector for my army 1 small viacle pod and two troop pods, one troop gose with the viacle and the other 2 get there own pods, thinking of have a armary-pod since the weapons are size limited till i make bigger pods.

tanks and drop pods don't mix, it sort of ruins the mystique to have a heavily armored vehicle drop anywhere on the planet, theyre supposed to be slow. either way, some of my vehicles are bigger than one of my ships(space ships). and they are annoying to build and have only limited access. there is also the problem of AA guns

Not to mention their modern, spring-loaded pistols, instead of old six-shooters. Up your ass, pacifism!

I also like that "Usual suspects" thing, and have no idea what series it fits into, but they'd be cool minifigs for something. Maybe a special Halloween battle!

Eh, Personally, i'd like to get ahold of that giant robot and modify the HECK out of it. Screw flame throwers, those are for sissies and Japanese hating Marines, I want a REAL mech's gun.

The retro Classic/Futuron coloring on the Space Police III ships is interesting, and they're armed to the teeth this time. I think Lego has learned a few things about how to do space now that their Star Wars license is almost up.
