exo-force sets aren't that bad, actually. they've got amazing joints, the robot minifigs have valuable pieces in em, the minifig jumpsuits are nice, and they tend to come with lots of greeble parts (binoculars, rods, etc.).

Seconded. The Exo Force sets, once you rid yourself of the bad anime faces, are pretty cool. If anything, good ideas for yer own mechs.
It's a secret to everybody.

Puhleeze... The parts are way too specialized. Go to mecha hub and then tell me that exo force is good. Those guys know how to build them without molding a whole new piece for that one scenario.

well that's exactly the thing. the exo-force arms allow the casual builder to build convincing-looking mechs, but you can still use more advanced methods for different detail.

Ya know, I saw 3 exo force sets for teh price of one, and I was like "Oh wtf" and I bought 3. When I got home, I built them, and put them all standing in a row. Then I just stood there looking at them for a while. Then I raised my hand AND FRIKIN SMASHED THEM OVER AND OVER REDUCING THEM TO PULP. Some good parts, but meh. It's like eating rotten cheese with some candy inside it, but it's bad.
I think those stats only apply to non-Mexicans.

Meh... I do like some of the rare parts in them I guess, but most of the parts are specialized/juniorized. It ain't too bad; besides, TLC is cancelling Exo-Force after this run because of poor sales.

Best turret muzzles ever.

Well, okay, maybe best is an overstatement, but still. They do fill that role rather well.

I see what you mean. I actually do use them like that, just never thought of them as that great. I usually use 1x1 round peices as their size is easier to use.

Ya know, I've always kind of hated those pieces. Not to be negative, or anything.... ok, maybe that was negative. I still hate them.

They're good for building half finished houses, skyscrapers, etc.
