I think this thread is hilarious. I mean, it's extremely obvious that Micvash is the flagship of the whole "hardsuit craze". Maybe two people adopted the idea, so now it's a "fad", and Micvash acts like the concept just spontaneously appeared. Amusing. (No offence intended, Micvash. I seriously admire your work and in fact tried to make a hardsuit myself.)

Anyway, here's my shot at it. I present to you the Shadowsuit.

Complete with battleaxe, heavy ion cannon, dual machine guns, and shoulder-mounted rocket launcers.

Well, tell me what you think. I don't think I've outdone Micvash, but I'm satisfied. Making a hardsuit is fun, and provides a decent engineering challenge. Looking at other models seriously helps, so the more examples we have in this thread, the better. Post anything you come up with, even if you don't think it's amazing. We can build off each other's ideas.

Whoa, those are HUGE pictures.

Seriously, resize them to 640 x 480 (standard forums size). Lots of image editing programs offer easy resizing options. I do it online with photobucket, which also serves as an image uploader.

Excellent job, nonetheless. I really like how yours isn't blocky and chunky like mine.

Wizard, that's an excellent hardsuit. you really nailed it with the colors.

Domo-kun, massive pictures aside, your form is great but a consistent color scheme would vastly improve it.

You know, I thought it was time to do something productive, but I guess its time to make hardsuits.

Wizard, you're pretty much right. I saw some cool hardsuits, wanted to build one, built one, and now want everyone to build one! But wow, I think I inspired you because your model follows really well with how I built mine. Seriously, look at them side by side. Like the red and black. If I had more smooth red pieces I'd definiately want to build that color scheme too. Well done man!

RESIZE YOUR PICTURES!!!!

You all have ME on a Hardsuit craze, now. Yes, I've built one. I'll post it with all the rest of my crap in the Coming Soon topic under the Bricks category. Or, I might indulge some of you lazy bums and put the same pictures of the Hardsuit up here. Maybe.

I made a steampunk hardsuit for the Green Sabre Brigade:

My brother made one also, He is only seven but it looks alright.

He says:
"The pilots name is General Everette. It has four rockets on the back. It has one claw. It can do a super stomp. It has one machine gun. And that's all.

there's nowhere near enough gears or victorian crap on that hardsuit to call it steampunk, but that doesn't change the fact that this is one of the coolest-looking hardsuits i've ever seen!

Your brother is pretty good for only seven. I tried to make one but I couldn't finish the legs

Unfortunately Ethan has failed to make a decent cockpit yet again. I will take great pleasure sniping your pilot's head off if you ever bring that suit into battle. Then all it'll be good for is cover! :P

I'll be posting up my own mech too. It's not quite a hardsuit, but it's close. The thing is that my pilot's head is covered..... yeah it's technically mech. I'll just need to finish modifying it. Is it considered cheating if I use Bionicle on certain parts? I love making hybrid vehicles.
