Add antannaes to the top of the building. A small skylight too if you feel like it.

Looks pretty good to me!

Some sort of trim along the top edge would really polish it off.

Is there anything going on inside? Can you lift the top off and use the inside?

Some more shots would be nice.

Telling us what kind of building it is would help. But I agree with Silvy, perhaps a pair of antennae dishes and some neon signs?

Possibly, in addition to the antennae/dishes and skylight, you could add mounted turrets?

Have wanted to do something like that but space, time and parts are going to be a big problem. I have an old table that would fit a city just need to reassemble it and I have enough base plates. The way my parts are though it would probley be a very white and black city as thats all i really have for building in massive scale. Then time wise Im going off to basic in 6 months and everything goes in storage for at least a year until things settle down.
