Im looking for those classic fantasy horned helms, but not the standard ones Lego made for the vikings, Im going here for a more chaos warrior look, like demons or mountain goat horns. I havent found anything so far, not even modded.

Something like that, the position of the horns doesn't really matter.
Any help? Im thinking of modding, but... you know.

I like your first idea Crazy since it doesn't involve modding, yet I would have to get my hands on the helms and horns since I don't have any of those kind. I was thinking of something more enclosed, like solvess suggested. Im open for a mod try out, the problem is making or finding the horns...

solves option would probably be best if you arnt afraid of modding a bit.
doesn't seem like it would be too hard. you could also use thoose new thicker tooth/claw peices and it might look nice too. if you have any actual bitz from chaos sprues.. you could use thoose too. a few of them look like about the right size,

Use that helm and use these feathers as the "horns"

Yeah, nice work there, I've been trying to figure out how to make a helm look like that center one for years.
