Cool.

I noticed a lot of the MegBloks Dragon figs. I have to say, while I am in general a pure Lego guy, I can't seem to throw these figs away. They look too cool.

Also, they look cool in your layout.

Glad you like it, the reason we use the megabloks minifigs is for armour. anything else you would like to comment about.

Well, it does appear that there has been a lot of destruction outside the walls, are the citizens war weary, yet? ;)

Yet? Why are they still breathing!? Good lord man, get some siege engines in there already! The first town I assembled after creating the core of my army was blown to itty bitty bits by a 12 v 12 infantry battle with one hero per side. The objective was to capture some data as to the location of a new tank, and as the other team was collecting it, I sent a rocket through the window of the building the data was in. My men spent the next three turns digging through rubble trying to find it while a sniper tried to pick them off. On the second turn of that I got a heavy machine gun into position and turned the sniper, and a good portion of the wall behind him, to goo and chunks of something. As we beat the retreat, we sent rockets flying into any building we could find to slow down the enemy. My Hero turned around to plant a time bomb on the mayors office, the tallest building in town, which blew up as the enemy was walking underneath it, and crushed four of the six remaining soldiers. Ah, what beautiful carnage was wrought that day.

It certainly is an interesting set-up. Much better than anything my LUG could pull off... *whine, whine, mumble, mumble, cuss, spit*

I could do one myself...  :D

I am happy at these reviews, what is roids?
The citizens view armys having battles near their town as a good thing, they can make pofits (sp?) off of them.

Steroids.
Which is the perfect after-dinner mint for any Trooper worth his salt.

BUT! we cannot deny that megabloks are far more violent than legos could ever be. and some of their armor/weapons are ten times as bad-ass.

nonetheless, it's a cheap knockoff when you examine actual brix.

I remember having a Megablock tank that never stayed together :(

Anywho, on topic: I always enjoy perusing your battles :)

I had a megablok tank that stayed about half togeather. The lower half (the chassis and treads) didn't break, ever. The rest of it wouldn't stay togeather. Today, in cleaning out the basement, I found it. Since we're cleaning out the basement to get rid of old crap, I threw it out, along with a bunch of other megablok's blocks (they don't deserve to have the term awesomafied)
