yeah, but A.peach units are probably weaker. B. both the ASE and the VOL have heavy units in bulk with artillery capabilities. (yes, i know, peaches have tanks. but did you see what the assyrian dreadnought did to a peach tank? significant damage!)

Turn Two Assyrian Star Empire

Image

It's unclear what happened, but I seem to have missed taking pictures of The Vol this turn... Sorry. :( But they sent out their dropship and another flying thing which got its shit wrecked apparently.

Image

See, boom.

Image

Anyway, the ASE moved up shooting at the dropship and just in general moved towards the Vol base.

Image

And on the other side the Dreadnought and its friends destroyed the tank which they damaged earlier, along with some infantry.

Image

As you can see, it was a bloodbath. The guy with the RPG there on the right is the 45th Union's hero.

45th Union

Image

The 45th however aren't liable to just take a hit and forget about it. They shot up some of the ASE's soldiers and did a point of damage to the Dreadnought.

Image

The jeeps were engaged with The Vol. The Vol hijacked a jeep and killed some of the 45th's units, but the 45th also took out some Vol, one of whom was crushed.

Image

They moved up the rest of their vehicles to fight the next turn.

That's the end of turn 2. I can't really do a kill summary here because I missed the Vol action. Sorry about that. :(

Damn but the 45th are dropping quicker than yo momma's knickers (not anyone's momma specifically). No wonder they need so many to make up for such attrition, the carnage is fucking awesome.

That's true but has nothing to with strategic positions, m8.

yes, the 45th are dying quickly. i guess natalya tried to make up for that with all those tanks and the good strategic position. well, they're still getting their butts handed to them.

Or when his tanks combine fire.
that is, if they survive. the dreadnought and a small amount of ASE troops ripped a peach tank apart.

Keep in mind that RoC's Main Battle Tank is coming up right behind the one that died, along with another lighter tank.

@Natalya: The two dudes in white with white space armour; one's dead in this pic with a Missile Launcher and the other has what appears to be a very sweet looking flamer unit, Can I see a pic of these two units please? 8)

Turn Three Assyrian Star Empire
Yeah, still no Vol, but I checked and I do have them for Turn 4.

Image

This turn The Vol appear to have done 4 points of damage to the Artemis Light Battle Tank. (See damage on the front right, and the red damage pip cones sticking out the back...)

Image

So, it charged the wall.

Image

The two Vol standing behind it never saw what was coming. Morale of the story: Don't stand behind thin walls when the enemy is using battle tanks.

Image

And the infantry in the center moved up some more.

Image

The Vestas also took out the pilot of the dropship, which came to rest on a small embankment.

Image

On the other side, great and wonderful things were happening. First, the Light Foot jumped over the 45th's line to take shots at their large mecha.

Image

It did 2 points of damage and tore up its left arm.

Image

The Assyrians also shot the gunner off of the 45th's MBT.

Image

And in the ultimate act of slaughter, the Assyrian flamethrower guy finished their turn by immolating approximately four 45th Union soldiers.

45th Union

Image

RoC77 didn't take too kindly to the death that was being dished out to his men. So, basically everyone turned on the Light Foot and absolutely demolished it.

Image

They also brought a jeep around and shot up the flamethrower guy, and some Assyrian Infantry. And a second point of damage was given to the Dreadnought as it took fire from the 45th's MBT and Transport Tank. Also, note the dead Vol at the 45th's flank. However, despite their successes against The Vol, the 45th's losses vs the ASE prompted them to send more infantry and the big mecha towards me instead of The Vol.

End Turn 3
